| Who IS Asha? We are a group of women who share a passion for Middle Eastern Dance. This folkloric/fusion style dance company formed in 1997 after meeting in a belly dance course at the local community college. In 2001, Asha obtained non-profit status in order to fund yearly free multicultural, family orientated events in the Truckee Meadows area. Asha means life and to us dancing is life. |
